Unwind with Us
Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and embark on a rejuvenating journey at our one-day wellness retreat. Nestled in the quaint downtown of Monticello, MN, our retreat offers a space where you can unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself and others.
Agenda
Morning Arrival and Welcome
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome and guided to your space. Take a moment to breathe and feel the stress begin to melt away. We will begin with light refreshments as you settle in and meet your community for the day.

Opening Circle
Once settled, the group will gather and participate in introductions and intention setting activities for the day
​
Meditation and Movement
Our facilitator will guide you through meditation practices and gentle movement to support connecting with your body, mind, and spirit and promoting relaxation

Building Self Compassion Workshop
The group will complete an interactive workshop focusing on self-compassion and mindfulness. Activities will include guided visualizations, group discussions, and practice exercises to cultivate a compassionate inner diaglogue

Mindful Lunch
Enjoy a catered lunch (options sent before retreat day to choose) while completing mindfulness activities and being present in community with others
​
Rec Time
Enjoy the community center facilities based on what your body and mind desire. Choose from swimming, hot tub, fitness center, and rock wall activities or take time for you to journal or have alone time

Creative Expression
Complete an art-based activity that explores emotions and experiences you have had with the focus on the process of creation rather than the finished product

Resilience and Empowerment Workshop
The group will complete an interactive workshop focusing on resilience and empowerment. Activities will include exercises and discussions on personal strengths, setting boundaries, and overcoming challenges

Guided Relaxation
Experience a guided relaxation session to unwind and process experiences from the day
​
Closing Circle
Reflect and share with peers about your key takeaways and experiences from the day. Complete a closing meditation to support closure of the experience
